Barby's Kitchen began the way every good meal does — around a crowded table, with too much food and no reason to rush.

Every dish on our menu started in a family kitchen — rice and beans simmered low and slow, pernil marinated overnight, plantains fried until golden. These are the meals we grew up on, made the way they were meant to be made.
What started as cooking for friends and neighbors grew into something bigger. Today we cook for our whole community, but nothing about the food has changed: fresh ingredients, time-honored recipes, and no shortcuts.

We prepare everything in small batches throughout the day, so whether you pick it up or have it delivered, your meal arrives tasting like it just came off the stove. Order ahead, and we'll have it hot and ready.
